Your journey begins as you land at Tribhuvan International Airport, Nepal’s main international gateway. Upon arrival, our representative will welcome you, assist with airport formalities, and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. As you drive through Kathmandu’s bustling streets, enjoy your first glimpse of the city’s unique blend of ancient culture and modern life. After check-in, relax or take a short stroll around Thamel, the lively hub of cafés, shops, and travel energy. Spend your second day in Kathmandu acclimating and preparing for your Himalayan adventure. After breakfast at your hotel, take the morning to rest or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, filled with cafés, shops, and local culture. In the afternoon, join a pre-trek briefing with your guide. You’ll review the trek itinerary, discuss safety measures, packing essentials, and altitude adaptation tips. This is also the perfect time to arrange any last-minute gear or supplies. Optional activities include a short visit to Boudhanath Stupa or Pashupatinath Temple to soak in the spiritual and cultural atmosphere of Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After an early breakfast, take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. The 30-minute flight offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including snow-capped peaks and deep valleys — a stunning start to your adventure. Upon arrival at Lukla, meet your trekking guide and porters, and begin your trek. Descend gently along the Dudh Koshi River to reach Phakding, a charming village surrounded by terraced fields and pine forests. Take time to relax at your teahouse, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and soak in your first glimpses of the Himalayan landscape.

After breakfast in Phakding, continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River, passing lush forests and traditional villages. Stop briefly at Jorsalle, a small settlement at the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, where you’ll officially begin your high-altitude trek. The trail gradually ascends through pine and rhododendron forests, crossing several suspension bridges, before reaching Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa hub and gateway to Everest. Take the afternoon to rest and acclimatize, explore the vibrant market, and enjoy views of towering peaks surrounding the village.

Today is a rest and acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, allowing your body to adjust to the higher altitude. After breakfast, take a short trek to the nearby Khumjung village, a traditional Sherpa settlement famous for its ancient monastery and the Himalayan School. Enjoy the stunning views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku along the way. Explore the village, interact with locals, and learn about Sherpa culture. Afterwards, descend back to Namche Bazaar for rest. Optional activities include visiting the Sherpa Museum or strolling through Namche’s vibrant market.

After breakfast in Namche Bazaar, continue your trek along scenic trails lined with pine and rhododendron forests. Pass through Phunki Thanga, a small Sherpa settlement where you can pause to rest and enjoy the view of the surrounding peaks. From Phunki Thanga, the trail ascends steadily to reach Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region. Take time to explore the monastery, soak in the spiritual atmosphere, and enjoy panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Everest, and Lhotse.

After breakfast in Tengboche, continue your trek through stunning alpine landscapes. The trail gradually ascends, offering spectacular views of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse. You’ll pass through scattered Sherpa settlements, moraine valleys, and open ridges before reaching Dingboche, a peaceful high-altitude village surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. Take the afternoon to rest and acclimatize, preparing your body for the higher altitudes ahead.

Today is a rest and acclimatization day in Dingboche to help your body adjust to the high altitude. After breakfast, take a short hike to nearby Chhukung or Nagarjun Hill, gaining extra elevation and panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Island Peak. This “climb high, sleep low” approach helps prevent altitude sickness and strengthens your stamina for the trek ahead. Return to Dingboche to relax, explore the village, and interact with locals. Enjoy the peaceful alpine surroundings as your body adjusts to the thin mountain air.
After breakfast in Dingboche, begin your trek ascending gradually through moraine valleys and rocky terrain. You’ll pass through Thukla, a small settlement and common rest stop for trekkers preparing for the final stretch toward Everest Base Camp. Continue along the trail, surrounded by towering peaks such as Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam, until you reach Lobuche, a high-altitude village serving as a gateway to the Everest Base Camp. Take time to rest, hydrate, and enjoy the dramatic Himalayan views.

After an early breakfast in Lobuche, trek through the rocky moraine and glacial valleys toward Everest Base Camp. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam, as you traverse the iconic Khumbu Glacier. Spend time at Everest Base Camp, standing at the foot of the world’s tallest peak — a once-in-a-lifetime experience. After soaking in the views and taking photos, continue a short trek to Gorakshep, a small settlement near the base of Kala Patthar, where you’ll rest for the night.

Wake up early in Gorakshep for a pre-dawn hike to Kala Patthar, one of the best vantage points to witness the sunrise over Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. After soaking in the Himalayan spectacle, descend back through Gorakshep and continue trekking down to Pheriche, passing glacial valleys, high-altitude settlements, and alpine scenery along the way. Take the evening to rest, recover, and enjoy the serene mountain village atmosphere.

After breakfast in Pheriche, begin your descent through the Khumbu Valley. The trail winds down past Phunki Thanga, where you can pause to rest and enjoy the surrounding alpine scenery. Continue descending through rhododendron and pine forests, crossing suspension bridges and small Sherpa settlements, until you reach Namche Bazaar. Take the evening to explore the vibrant market, relax in teahouses, and soak in your accomplishments.

After breakfast in Namche Bazaar, begin your descent through the Khumbu Valley, retracing the trail along lush forests and the Dudh Koshi River. Stop briefly at Jorsalle, a small settlement marking the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. Continue trekking down to Lukla, where your trek concludes. Celebrate the completion of your incredible Everest Base Camp adventure and prepare for your onward journey.

After breakfast in Lukla, board a scenic flight back to Kathmandu.
