Payment Methods

Travories uses Cybersource to process secure online payments.

When booking a package:

  • After clicking Reserve Now, proceed to the payment section.
  • You will be redirected to the Cybersource secure payment gateway.
  • Enter your payment details and complete the transaction.

You can choose to pay:

  • Partial Payment – Pay a deposit to secure your booking.
  • Full Payment – Pay the entire package amount at once.

All transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment systems to ensure your information remains protected.

Accepted Payment Methods

Travories accepts a wide range of payment options so travelers from anywhere in the world can book confidently:

  • International credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards processed through Cybersource.
  • Local digital wallets — eSewa, Khalti, and Fonepay for travelers paying within Nepal.
  • Bank transfers — Available for large group bookings and corporate trips on request.

Card payments are charged in USD or NPR depending on your location and the agency's preference. Currency conversion rates are handled by your card issuer at the time of the transaction.

Deposits and Balance Payments

Most packages on Travories offer a flexible deposit option to lock in your booking without paying the full amount upfront:

  • Pay a deposit (usually 20–30% of the package price) to reserve your dates and confirm the booking.
  • Pay the remaining balance closer to your departure date — the exact timeline depends on the agency and is shown on every package page.
  • For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before departure), most agencies require full payment at the time of booking.

You'll receive a receipt for every payment made — both deposit and balance — by email and in your Travories account.

Payment Security

Your payment security is a priority. Travories never sees or stores your card number — all card data is handled by certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors using bank-level encryption.

3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) is enabled on all card transactions to protect against unauthorized use. If your card issuer requires an OTP or biometric check, you'll be prompted at checkout.
