Children's Privacy

Travories is a travel booking marketplace designed for adults aged 18 and over. This policy explains how we treat the personal information of minors and the steps we take when we learn that a child has used our services. It applies to all features of the Travories website and mobile applications, and supplements our general Privacy Policy.

Age Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence, to register a Travories account, complete a booking, list a service as an agency or guide, or interact with our payment systems. We do not knowingly market our platform to children.

Travelers under 18 may participate in trips booked through Travories only when a parent or legal guardian books on their behalf and accepts responsibility for the minor's participation, including providing required travel documentation, consents, and any age-restricted activity waivers required by the local operator.

No Collection of Children's Data

We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Our sign-up flows ask for date of birth and decline registration when the entered age is below 18. We do not run advertising directed at children, and we do not use behavioural profiling, retargeting, or personalisation features for users we have reason to believe are minors.

Limited information about a minor traveler — such as name, date of birth, and passport number where required by the operator — may be provided by an accompanying adult solely for the purpose of completing a booking. This information is stored under the adult's account and protected by the same safeguards described in our Security Measures policy.

If We Discover a Child's Account

If we become aware that an account has been created by, or personal information has been submitted by, a child under 18 in violation of this policy, we will promptly disable the account and delete the associated personal data from our active systems. Backup copies are purged on our regular retention cycle.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared information with Travories without your consent, please contact us through the link in the sidebar. We will act on your request without unnecessary delay and confirm completion in writing.
