How to Create a Package
Only verified agencies can create and publish travel packages on Travories.
Follow these steps to create a package:
- Make sure your account is registered as a verified agency on Travories.
- Once verified, you will get access to the Agency Dashboard.
- Click the “+” (Create Package) button on the top-right corner.
- Fill in required package details such as title, destination, duration, and price.
- Add description, images, and itinerary details.
- You can also use the Travories AI Assistant to generate package descriptions.
- Review the package carefully before submitting.
- Click Submit Package to send it for approval.
Your package will then move to the review stage.
How Packages Are Approved
After submitting your package, it will be reviewed by the Travories admin team.
- Admins check if the package follows Travories guidelines and policies.
- Package details, pricing, and content are verified.
- If everything meets platform standards, the package will be approved.
- Once approved, the package becomes visible for travelers to view and book.
- If the package does not follow the guidelines, it may be rejected or sent back for revision.
Editing Packages
You can edit your packages from the Package section in the Agency Dashboard.
Draft Packages
- Title
- Description
- Pricing
- Images
- Itinerary
- Travel details
Published Packages
If the package is already published, only minor changes can be made such as:
- Description updates
- Image changes
- Small detail corrections
Major changes may require admin review again.
Rules & Regulations for Package Creation
To ensure a safe and reliable platform, all packages must follow Travories guidelines.
- Use respectful and professional language — Do not include offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
- No personal contact details — Avoid sharing phone numbers, emails, social media links, or external booking links.
- Avoid misleading information — Pricing, duration, and itinerary must be accurate.
- No scams or fake packages — Packages created to mislead users or collect money unfairly will not be approved.
- Respect cultures and communities — Do not include content that insults any religion, nationality, or group.
- Use original and appropriate images — Images should represent the destination correctly and must not violate copyright.
- Follow travel regulations — Packages must comply with tourism laws and travel guidelines.
Packages that follow these rules are more likely to be approved quickly by the Travories admin team.
