Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m): Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your 3-star hotel. Take the rest of the day to rest or explore Thamel. Evening trip briefing with your guide.
Kathmandu to Pokhara – Drive to Jhinu Danda (1,780m) – 4 Hours: Begin the trek with a steep ascent on stone staircases. We cross suspension bridges and pass through terraced fields to reach the beautiful Gurung village of Chhomrong, situated on the lap of the mighty Annapurna massive.
Jhinu Danda to Chhomrong (2,170m) – 4 to 5 Hours Trek: Begin the trek with a steep ascent on stone staircases. We cross suspension bridges and pass through terraced fields to reach the beautiful Gurung village of Chhomrong, situated on the lap of the mighty Annapurna massive.
Chhomrong to Deurali (3,230m) – 5 to 6 Hours Trek: Descend from Chhomrong to the Chhomrong Khola river, cross the bridge, and climb up to Sinuwa. From Sinuwa, the trail enters a dense forest of bamboo, oak, and rhododendron, steadily climbing the Modi Khola valley through Bamboo and Dovan to reach Deurali at 3,230m. Overnight at a tea house.
Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) – 5 to 6 Hours Trek: The most important day of the trek. The trail climbs past the avalanche chutes of Hinku Cave to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) at 3,700m. From MBC, continue as the valley widens dramatically into the full Annapurna Sanctuary, culminating at Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) — ringed by Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre on all sides. Overnight at a tea house at base camp.
Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,310m) – 6 to 7 Hours Trek: Wake up early for a majestic golden sunrise over Mount Annapurna I. After breakfast and soaking in the views, we begin our descent out of the sanctuary, retracing our steps downhill to the forested settlement of Bamboo
Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780m) – 5 to 6 Hours Trek: Continue descending from Bamboo through Sinuwa, drop down to the Chhomrong Khola river, and climb back through Chhomrong before making the final steep descent to Jhinu Danda. The natural hot springs are located just 15 minutes below the village on the Modi Khola riverbank — a welcome soak for tired legs after days of high-altitude trekking. Overnight at a tea house.
Jhinu Danda to Pokhara – Fly to Kathmandu – 5 Hours Total: Take a short trek to the road head, then board a sharing jeep back to Pokhara. Transfer to Pokhara domestic airport for the flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival, transfer to your 3-star hotel by private car. The evening is free to rest, celebrate, or explore Thamel. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu (breakfast included).
Final Departure – Kathmandu: Your Himalayan adventure comes to an end. Our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled international flight. Have a safe journey home!
