Begin the day early with a challenging ascent from Tilicho Base Camp toward the magnificent Tilicho Lake. The trail climbs steadily through a rugged, high-altitude landscape surrounded by snow-covered peaks, rocky slopes, and breathtaking views of Tilicho Peak and the Annapurna range.

Upon reaching Tilicho Lake, take time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and spectacular Himalayan scenery before beginning the descent. Trek from Shree Kharka to Thorong La High Camp via Yak Kharka

After breakfast at Shree Kharka, rejoin the main Annapurna Circuit trail and continue toward Yak Kharka, walking through open alpine landscapes surrounded by dramatic Himalayan peaks. As the trail gradually gains altitude, the vegetation becomes sparse and the terrain more rugged, offering beautiful views across the upper Manang Valley.

From Yak Kharka, continue toward Thorong Phedi and, depending on your energy level, acclimatization, and overall physical condition, proceed further to Thorong La High Camp. Since this is a high-altitude section of the trek, the day will be approached carefully and at a comfortable pace. If the body needs additional rest or the conditions are not suitable for continuing upward, the overnight stay may be arranged at Thorong Phedi instead.

The priority throughout the day is proper acclimatization and preparation for the challenging crossing of Thorong La Pass the following morning.
